The kitchen is warm, and bright. Sunlight streams in through the windows. The smell of recently baked bread is in the air.
I think someone needs to come up with a habenero sausage.
I like my sausage really spicy. When I eat out, I am always dousing my sausage with the local hot sauce, usually just Tabasco. For a while I was even carrying my own Louisanna Habenero hot sauce with me everywhere, at 79 cents an occasional few lost bottles of hot sauce didn't hurt.
